The following Return Policy only applies to online purchases made through www.tlbonline.in:

  • If you would like to return a product, no questions asked, The Light Boutique will charge you a 20% re-stocking fee.
  • You can request a return only within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Products need to be returned using your own courier in its original packaging.
  • Please write to us at support@tlbonline.in, or call us on our support numbers, and we will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your request.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit.
  • The returned products are subject to verification and checks by The Light Boutique in order to determine the legitimacy of the return.
  • Any products returned in a damaged condition will not be refunded.
  • It takes 3-5 working days for us to refund once the product reach us in the good condition.
  • If you have received a damaged/defective/incorrect product, please get in touch with the customer service by email at support@tlbonline.in – within 24 hours of delivery.
  • On receiving Your complaint, The Light Boutique shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if The Light Boutique is convinced that the complaint is genuine, The Light Boutique will start initiate the replacement process.
  • In order to exchange the product, you are required to comply with the below mentioned conditions:
  • Please notify The Light Boutique of receipt of a damaged/defective/incorrect product within 24 hours of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 24 hours, The Light Boutique shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.
  • Products should be unused.
  • The Light Boutique will arrange pick-up of the damaged/defective/incorrect Product through its logistics partner. If The Light Boutique is unable to do so, The Light Boutique will notify You regarding the same and you will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in your respective area within one day from receipt of such notice. Courier freight charges will be reimbursed in such form as is determined by the logistics team upon consultation with The Light Boutique .
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit.
  • The returned Products are subject to verification and checks by The Light Boutique in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint. If the claim is not legitimate, you will be required to bear the shipping costs for the product.
Once the product is received by The Light Boutique the replacement of the product will be dispatched to you within 24 to 48 working hours.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

  • Gift Cards and E-Gift Certificates cannot be returned.

If  you  receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise within 10 days of delivery date. Please log into your account to create a return or Immediately contact  to our Customer Support Team over email or call us (10 AM – 7:00 PM) to initiate a Return.

To ensure proper processing, please select the appropriate Return Reason Code listed while initiating return. Upon receipt of your return, our Online Returns Department will inspect your merchandise. You will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non¬refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

1. Email us your issue with Order ID and Invoice copy at support@tlbonline.in
2. You will receive a confirmation for the return initiated.
3. Reverse pick up will be done from our side where ever feasible. In the extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pickup facility is not available in your area.
4. The return pickup may take 2 to 5 days from the date of applying for return, depending on the pincode of pickup location. Your patience is much appreciated.
